Outside Contractor Sales - Landscape Designer

Earnings:

• 100% Commission [Lucrative Commission Structure with 100K - 300K Earning Potential, where 100K should be a walk in the park]

General Job Description:

• Effectively attend High-Quality Pre-set Leads

• Measure, design and draw-up plans for clients (2D & 3D Renderings)

• Conduct a short presentation for clients

• Provide clients with proposals & finalize the paperwork by closing the deal

• Thoroughly follow-up with previous leads and previous clients; scheduling follow-up appointments to review their project or to discuss new opportunities

• Network (Contractors, Landscape Architects, Industry Events, etc.)

• Grow your referral business

All projects are managed by one of our highly experienced Project Managers so that you can spend more time with current prospective clients!

Ideal Consultant:

• Prior experience in the Home Improvement Industry (specific experience in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Pavers and/or the Synthetic Turf industry would be a BIG plus!)

• 2-3 years of Outside Sales & Design Experience

• 2-3 years of Construction Experience (i.e. Project Management)

• Proficient in all Google products (Google Docs, Drive, Sketchup, etc.)

• Proficient in CAD or equivalent design software

• Proficient in 3D software (Vizterra Software, etc.)

• Strong communication skills in writing and verbal

• Excellent customer service skills

• Team player and should work well under pressure

• Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills

• Positive attitude; willing to go the extra mile

• Money motivated and determined to succeed

• Able to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas/concepts to grow the company

• Conducts him or herself with the utmost professionalism and integrity at all times

• Ability to grow within the company
