Responsibilities:
- Cashier during breakfast and lunch service
- Sandwich / Salad Maker
- Front of House Specialist
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are adequately stocked
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Implement strategies to increase sales
- Collaborate with peers to provide best customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service a plus, must pass background check
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure product availability
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively
