Key Qualifications:
- Vehicle Required: Must have a reliable SUV, van, or truck with valid insurance. Your vehicle is your mobile toolkit!
- Friendly and customer-focused: You love making connections and helping people.
- Motivated, energetic, and able to multi-task while exceeding customer expectations.
- Tools Required: Technicians must provide their own basic tools, including: ladder, and other essential hand tools.
- Equipment Provided: CAOTTI supplies all the equipment to be installed or replaced.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Must pass drug and background checks.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle new installations, service calls, and upgrades for Satellite TV, broadband internet, streaming services, indoor/outdoor cameras, and other smart home systems.
- Perform site surveys to ensure seamless equipment placement.
- Educate customers on using their new systems and maximizing their smart home experience.
- Recommend additional smart home products to customers.
- Keep accurate inventory and manage invoicing independently.
- Work in varying environments: crawl spaces, rooftops, and all types of weather
We’re Looking For:
- Problem-solvers with strong customer service skills.
- Individuals are comfortable with intermediate computer and electronics skills.
- Technicians ready to stand on ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work in tight spaces.
