Key Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills: friendly, approachable, communicative, and knowledgeable.
- High energy and ability to multi-task; motivated to exceed customer expectations.
- Relevant experience in sales or service fields is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Self-management skills for handling inventory and invoicing.
- Must pass drug and background checks.
Requirements:
- Must have your own reliable vehicle with insurance required).
- Basic tools provided by the technician.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer and electronics skills preferred.
- Physical ability to stand on a ladder for long periods, lift over 50 lbs, crawl into small spaces, and work in varying climates.
- Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory and equipment for installations.
- Offer and recommend additional smart home products to customers.
- Conduct site surveys to ensure optimal positioning of equipment.
- Perform installations, including mounts, satellite dishes, broadband internet setups, doorbells, thermostats, cameras, and other devices, ensuring full connectivity.
- Educate customers on using their new systems and equipment.
