Asphalt Worker

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Asphalt Workers to join our team. As an Asphalt Worker, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of roadways, parking lots, and other asphalt surfaces. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.

Duties

• Operate heavy equipment such as , backhoes, Skidsteers, Rollers, Paver.
• Assist in the paving process by spreading asphalt material evenly and ensuring proper compaction.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Conduct site inspections to assess conditions and determine necessary actions for successful project completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation including Paver operation, Roller operation.
• Familiarity with construction site practices and safety standards.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as required.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving project goals.
• A valid driver's license is preferred; additional certifications in heavy equipment operation are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.15 - $27.88 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
