Job Description
Starting hourly pay $20.00 - $25.00 depending on experience
As an Assistant Production Manager, you are an integral part of the operation of the branch. At OJ Insulation, we take pride in our customer relationships; we look for people willing to learn and be trained, have good communication skills, and pay attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Production Manager with daily payroll and scheduling, printing the work orders, and managing inventory.
- Emails and phone call communications are frequent between the builders’ Superintendents for scheduling and the Suppliers to set up deliveries.
- General office, including answering phones and assisting other office personnel
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Must have computer experience.
- Must know Excel & Outlook
- Must be detailed oriented
- Payroll experience a plus, but not required
- Able to work independently
- Construction experience is a plus but not required
