Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized PART TIME Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to transcribe information efficiently.
Duties
- Perform accurate data entry into various databases and systems.
- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats.
- Process order entries and maintain records of transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with data collection efforts and ensure the integrity of the data entered.
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper-based, for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
- Utilize basic math skills to verify data accuracy when necessary.
- Support other office functions as needed to enhance overall productivity.
- Assist in underwriting auto loans
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Familiarity with Quick books is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Basic math skills to assist in verifying numerical data entries.

Position is contracted for the first 6 months. After 6 month period, if full time offer is extended and accepted a sign on bonus of $400 will be rewarded. After 1 year from full time offer of employment is met, $600 bonus will be rewarded.
Hours
Position will require 20-30 hours per week. We are willing to work with all scheduling types, within our hours of operations (Monday-Saturday 9 am-6pm). However, every other Saturdays are required.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:

- Rotating weekends
