Duties

Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
