Minimum Qualifications:
Degree: Must hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited psychology program or a program acceptable to the Office of the Surgeon General, U.S. Air Force.
Education: Graduate from an American Psychology Association-accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.

Experience:
o Must have at least 12 months of experience, in the last 24 months, with assessing and providing evidence-based individual counseling to patients within a mental health or health care facility.
o Must have at least 12 months of direct hands-on experience in the last 24 months with computer operations, basic word processing, data entry, and use of an automated medical record system.
o Additional experience as required to meet clinical competency requirements specified in the Service-specific credentialing instructions.
o Prefer those with recent experience (within the past three years) providing integrated behavioral health services within a primary care setting.
o Must have at least 12 months of experience, in the last 24 months, with assessing and providing evidence-based individual counseling to patients within a mental health or health care facility.

Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands.
