Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong skills in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support patients
- Provide patient care and support in accordance with special education requirements
- Collect and analyze research data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Skills
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy techniques
- Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings
- Strong ability to collect and analyze research data for treatment evaluation
