Job Summary:
We are hiring a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and support to multiple patients. This role requires flexibility to float between assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and meals.
- Monitor vital signs and follow care plans.
- Provide companionship and light housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Active HHA certification (No CNA/PCA accepted).
- Must have worked as an HHA in the last 2 years.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and float.
Certification Policy (NY State):
- HHAs must work for a licensed home health agency to stay certified.
- Certification expires after 2 years if not employed by an agency.
