New Business Development - Revenue Cycle and Medical Billing

Salary: $40-50k/annum Commision

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Cycle and Billing Contract Specialist to represent our company locally and secure billing contracts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the revenue cycle process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry. This role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities for hospital, medical, and physical therapy billing contracts, as well as managing relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, medical practices, and physical therapy clinics, to secure billing contracts1.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand our company's presence in the local market.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and generate leads.

Revenue Cycle Management Expertise:

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Understand patient billing, insurance claims processing, payment collections, and denial management processes.
• Stay updated on the latest healthcare regulations, coding changes, and industry trends.

Contract Negotiation and Management:

• Lead the negotiation process for billing contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing strategies and contract proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of all contract-related activities.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the contract negotiation and implementation phases.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
