What You’ll Do
- Build Next-Generation Models: Design and implement generative AI models for images and video, while staying up-to-date with the research frontier.
- Optimize for Social: Develop vision models that excel in social media contexts, aiming for high engagement and brand impact.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work with cross-functional teams—including designers, product managers, and other engineers—to conceive and prototype new features that drive measurable results.
- Scale & Deploy: Research, experiment, and productionize state-of-the-art architectures to support large-scale user bases and data volumes across multiple platforms.
- Strategize & Execute: Contribute to the overall AI roadmap, champion best practices, and help shape Scrollmark’s future with generative imagery and video.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 Years of Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience (2019 graduate or earlier), with a proven track record in computer vision or deep learning.
- Hands-On Generative AI Skills: Strong familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques such as DreamBooth and/or training LoRAs for vision models. You’ve shipped or published work in generative models for images or video.
- System Design Knowledge: Experience architecting scalable solutions—whether fine-tuning for speed, optimizing inference pipelines, or balancing cost efficiency with cutting-edge performance.
- Social Media Insight: Previous exposure to building or integrating AI solutions within social platforms is a huge plus.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Comfortable taking initiative and independently driving projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
