Job Title: LPN
Location: Lewiston, ME
Shift: Days (7a-7p) or Nights (7p-7a)
Duration: 13 weeks
Pay Package:
Weekly Gross: $1980 per week
Lodging & Meals (Non-Taxable): $1224 per week
Hourly Pay (Taxable): $21 per hour ($756 weekly)
JOB SUMMARY
The RN and LPN partners with our residents and other care providers to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment by providing direct and indirect care.
3 West is a 42-bed long-term care unit. It provides needed care to those residents needing long term placement in a home-like environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Associates in Nursing or Graduate of Maine State Board approved LPN course
- Need valid State of
- Maine or compact Licensed Practical Nurse license
Experience:
- 1-3 years previous RN / LPN experience preferred
Other Skills Required:
- Medical terminology preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills required.
- The ability to work well within a team of other care providers
- Flexibility required to coverage 24 hours/day, 7 days per week
- Flexibility to float to other units as needed
An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.
