Key Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized training and coaching to clients, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
- Develop and implement customized workout plans and nutrition guidance.
- Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions in-person or virtually.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and motivating environment for clients.
- Promote a healthy lifestyle and educate clients on fitness and wellness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
