Role Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in defining the design language of InstaTrainMe. You’ll work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to create a seamless and delightful user experience that aligns with our mission of revolutionizing fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- User-Centered Design:
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Translate findings into user personas, journey maps, and wireframes.
- UI Design:
- Create visually appealing and functional interfaces for mobile and web platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency.
- Prototyping and Testing:
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flows.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Partner with marketing teams to create visually cohesive branding and promotional materials.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall user experience through innovation.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer for mobile and web applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and visually compelling interfaces.
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Figma, or Axure).
- Familiarity with basic front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for fitness, health, and creating impactful user experiences.
- Appropriate team members must be available to join all program elements of investor pitches.
