We are seeking a highly motivated MBA Growth Intern to join our team. This role offers both part-time opportunities during the academic year and full-time opportunities during the summer. As an MBA Growth Intern, you will focus on operational initiatives, working on the ground to support and enhance our growth processes. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects that align with Instawork’s mission and goals. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a willingness to dive into the details and get your hands dirty.
What You'll Do
- Drive the success of our pro supply by ensuring reliability and high-quality work products.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to create programs, such as referrals, to build a robust pipeline of qualified Pros.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational growth initiatives and contribute to process improvement and efficiency.
- Gather and analyze data to evaluate the success of operational initiatives and provide actionable insights.
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program.
- Passionate about engaging with and delighting customers.
- Able to thrive in ambiguity and act as a self-starter.
- Detail-oriented with a strong passion for problem-solving.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment, comfortable making decisions in ambiguity, and possessing a strong bias for action.
- Familiar with common metrics used in the internet industry and business growth metrics such as retention and churn.
