We have an immediate opening for a Revenue Enablement specialist with a proven track record of success delivering high quality training to go-to-market professionals. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Enablement, this role serves as a critical member of the Go-To-Market team and will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of skills, behavioural and product training across front-line segments to meet company objectives. This person will be the driving force behind the successful onboarding of all go-to-market roles, including Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives and Account Managers. Experience delivering and continually improving onboarding content is highly desirable.


What You'll Do

  • Master training content and deliver it in an engaging and impactful way
  • Build upon and improve our training content to support best-in-class sales and account management development and onboarding programs
  • Maintain and update LMS/enablement systems or other organizational tools
  • Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to define and create new training content.
  • Become part of a world-class team of enablement professionals and help us inspire the GTM Teams to do their best work
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to support new product launches


Who You Are

  • You have direct experience of delivering high quality training to go-to-market professionals, managers and new hires
  • You have experience in a quota carrying sales or account management role
  • Implemented and delivered product-focused training programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Implemented and delivered sales training at volume.
  • Experience of delivering training to multi-location audiences (in-person and remote)
  • Experience updating and maintaining an LMS, and the ability to work with large sets of data
  • Consistent track record of exceptional performance, delivering a quantifiable impact on company revenue
  • Highly detailed oriented, with the ability to be self-directed
  • Ability to balance strategic work, with rolling up your sleeves to execute.

For IL-based applicants:

  • The base salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000
  • This position is eligible for equity in the form of stock options
