Job Overview:
As a Manager Trainee, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop your skills in client management, sales, and marketing. You will work closely with senior team members to assist in managing client accounts, executing brand promotions, and driving customer engagement. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals eager to start a career in client relations and marketing.
Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
- Customer outreach & engagement
- Brand promotions and sales presentations
- Client representation
- Track and report daily sales activity
- Work with fellow team members on other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or related industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to problem solve as needed
- Able to think on your feet and adapt as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,600.00 per week
