Requirements
What You'll Do :
- On-site Preventative Maintenance - disassemble, replace all tubing and wear parts in our bench top size analyzers.
- Become an expert on our entire product line of Discrete, Segmented Flow and Sample Preparation Instruments
- Teach our Customers the proper maintenance tasks to do on a daily, weekly, monthly and six month basis, following checklists
- Plan, schedule and perform service activities assigned to you on a monthly basis
- Provide direct customer support for training, parts purchasing and preventative maintenance programs
- Provide assistance to customers by phone, email or in person
- Report on trends, needs and service challenges to keep Company up to date on customer requirements
- Maintain inventory accuracy and follow proper parts inventory programs for customer accounts and for assigned service stock
- Repair of customer instruments in our factory repair center
- Assist with ongoing assembly of new instruments as required
