DCS Applied Behavior Analysis, LLC, an agency providing Applied Behavior Analysis services under the Intensive Behavioral Health Services system (IBHS-ABA) is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians - Applied Behavior Analysis (BHT-ABA) to provide IBHS-ABA services to children, youth, and young adults, ages 0-21 - primarily those with an autism diagnosis - in southeastern PA.
We currently provide in-home and community-based services across 6 counties (Berks, Bucks, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton, and Philadelphia).

- Possess a High School Diploma
- Have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list OR have a minimum of 2 years' experience providing ABA services
- Ability to model all skill acquisition programs and components of a behavior reduction programs to parents and/or school personnel
- Expetience providing behavioral services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Holds the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential
- Strong written and oral communication skills
