About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician - ABA to join our team at the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis. As a Developmental Disabilities Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct intervention with child/family
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Drive between sites
  • Attend/Participate in Training
  • Attend/Participate Group Supervision

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior job-related experience with Applied Behavior Analysis working with children with autism or other developmentally delaying disorders (preferred)
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of situations and to remain calm under stress
