Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions
- Provide training and support to families and case workers
- Maintain detailed records of client treatment and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients
- Stay updated with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis and contribute to program development
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification and relevant state licensure
- Minimum of two years' experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents
- Strong assessment skills and ability to develop individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to travel within Imperial Valley
- Hourly $65-$70
- Part-Time, 10-15 hours per week. Room for growth as desired
