Relevant Skills
Candidate must have the ability to:
- Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals with skill deficits and maladaptive behaviors.
- Identify client needs and provide appropriate services.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop solutions, etc.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, colleagues, supervisors, etc.
- Listen attentively and accurately interpret verbal messages and ask appropriate questions.
- Understand the reactions of others and adjust behavior accordingly.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
- Minimum Education High School Diploma. Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related fields are highly desired.
- Spanish speaking is desired.
- ASL desired.
Requirements
- Current Tuberculosis Clearance
- DOJ/FBI criminal background clearance
- A valid California driver's license
- Reliable and insured transportation
Compensation
- Hourly rate ($20-28)
