Special Education Consultant

We are seeking a Behavior Analyst to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.
Responsibilities:
- Fluent in adapting evidence-based methodology and procedures for students within school, home, and community settings.
- Ability to manage own schedule.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Time management skills
- Provide training to school personnel, including direct care staff ,teachers, and support staff.
- Conduct group training for staff and parents
- Work collectively with administrative staff within a school setting.
- Previous experience in counseling, social work, or other related fields
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- BCBA NY LBA
