JOB SUMMARY :
This position is responsible for managing and preparing all contract billing for ICL and its subsidiaries.
RESPONSABILITIES :
- Prepare contract documents to State, City and Federal funding sources
- Prepare cost reports, drawdowns and budget modifications to funding sources per contract requirements prepare the monthly billing and submit.
- Timely follow up for Account receivable
- Investigate the dicrepancied GL and billing and resolve after submitting the Invoices
- Prepare the year end audit schedule
- Audit expense reports on a monthly basis in order to ensure accurate cost allocation, notify appropriate departments and staff of any changes
- Record contracts and review g / | balances at year end.
- Prepare annual budget schedules for review by Controller / CFO
- Develop allocation methodologies to ensure correct cost allocations to contracts
8. Maintain allocation schedules for use by the finance department
