The HR Generalist is responsible for leading many of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role will effectively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, resolution and investigations, performance management, talent/succession planning and other duties.

Qualifications
- B.S. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the HR Generalist role

This role is based on site in Brooklyn Park.

The typical salary range for this position ranges from $35.00 – $40.00 per hour. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
