What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Pre-Op position at Institute for Orthopaedic Surgery?
Growing Orthopedic Hospital
Must pass pre-hire Physical including drug screen.
PRN RN Pre-Op, Must work 1 shift every 30 days at a minimum
Pre-Op Experience Required
BLS and ACLS required. Telemetry and PALS preferred. ACLS and PALS classes offered at no cost on-site.
Plans and delivers highly skilled nursing care for the immediate preoperative surgical patient(s). Recognizes any medical or surgical complications that may arise. Demonstrates care that is geared to the surgical experience. Respectful of the inherent dignity of all persons.
