What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graduate Assistant position at Institute for Public Affairs and Civic Engagement (PACE)?
Description:
Support the PACE mission by assisting in program implementation and monitoring, data collection and analysis, and daily operations.
Attend and support campus and community events and partnerships, such as SGA or OURCA. Support voter education and registration events and programs. Support nonprofit operations such as Social Innovation Studio.
Develop and act on research interests, including presentations or publications.
In the Fall, act as teaching assistant for Democracy Across the Disciplines, which meets Wednesdays from 5:30 – 7:00pm. In the spring, assist with campus-wide data collection and analysis related to civic and community engagement teaching and learning. May assist with developing and posting research-based social media and assist with other programs or duties as assigned.
Availability: Must have availability Wednesday from 5:30-7:00pm
