Nursing Faculty
The School of Nursing invites passionate nurse educators to join our team in preparing the next generation of nurses. Our unique faculty teaching model allows for remote work privileges for qualified candidates. Faculty will be required to attend some on-campus meetings, classes, and events throughout the year.
Candidates must be within commuting distance to Palm Beach County, Florida.
Nursing faculty facilitate the learning of nursing students and empower them with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to provide safe, cost-effective, and interprofessional care to clients, families, and communities. Faculty shall create dynamic learning environments to engender desired cognitive, affective, and psychomotor outcomes; develop students' behavioral and socialization skills expected of nursing professionals; assess and evaluate student success; participate in curriculum design and program outcomes; function as a change agent and demonstrate excellence in nursing education and nursing practice, and continuously pursue quality improvements as a nursing educator.

Masters in Nursing degree required. Doctorate preferred.
