(CallUSFirst) is a 24 / 7 Full-Service Disaster Clean-Up and Restoration company in Lake Bluff known for excellent customer service and quality work for over 40 years. We are looking for experienced construction professionals to join our team and make an impact each day by responding to customers' needs for restoration and renovation jobs.

Responsibilities :
Rebuild and renovate properties per scope to improve the quality of life for your customers, resulting in exceptional customer serviceInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each jobComply with expectations regarding safety, equipment, and vehicles.Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearanceCommunicate openly with team, be coachable, and keep learning.Participate in rotational, emergency-response programQualifications :
High school diploma / GED plus experience in construction or other related trades (e.g., drywall, carpentry, painting, moving)Valid driver's license and insurable driving record; lives within 45 minutes of our facilityHas mechanical / math aptitude and practical experience with hand-held technology tools and software reporting programsMust be able to work in the United States indefinitelyPhysical Requirements :
Ability to lift 50 lbs, work from a ladder at roof and ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics), handle the physical demands of jobs with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning products / chemicals and wear PPE as neededOur Company Mission Our mission statement is to improve the quality of life for everyone who interacts s with us.
