Investment Management
Lead investment identification, due diligence, and execution across equities, fixed income, alternatives, real estate, venture capital, and private equity. Manage all accounting functions, ensuring accurate books and records. Develop and enforce internal controls to protect assets and streamline cash flows. Oversee timely completion of financial statements, tax documents, and regulatory filings.
Budgeting & Expense Management
Establish and maintain annual budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization strategies. Create transparency and accountability across all cost centers, including vendor agreements and payroll.
Vendor & Partner Relations
Negotiate, monitor, and review contracts with key vendors and partners. Serve as the primary interface for external service providers, including legal counsel, auditors, and public relations firms.
Organizational Leadership
Recruit, mentor, and lead a small, high-performing team of finance and operations professionals. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives. Maintain a culture of meticulous attention to detail, high ethical standards, and impeccable client service.
Migration & In-House Integration
Lead the transition of all financial operations currently managed by a multi-family office. Establish and implement new systems, workflows, and best practices within the family.
