Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a supportive team at the Institute of Mindful Therapy in Walnut Creek, CA, to accrue hours towards licensure and earn income.
- Develop essential clinical and entrepreneurial skills necessary for success in the mental health field.
- Receive guidance and support in learning to navigate your career as a Mental Health Therapist, including managing client load and navigating the insurance industry.

- Proficient in handling all required paperwork and documentation for ongoing cases.

- Responsible for conducting assessments, making diagnoses, developing treatment plans, and delivering ongoing mental health services to clients.
- Part-time role requires a minimum of 15 clients per week, while full-time requires at least 22 clients weekly, with the ability to lead group sessions.
- A good sense of humor and a team player attitude are essential.
- Must be registered and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
- Dependability, punctuality, reliability, and professionalism are non-negotiable.
- Minimum commitment of 1 year is required, with the option to continue as a licensed clinician with the Institute of Mindful Therapy if it's a good fit.
