In this vital leadership role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing program, ensuring educational excellence, regulatory compliance, and an outstanding student experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Corporate Director of Nursing, Campus President, and Director of Education to lead and manage the Vocational Nursing Program.
- Shape the future of nursing education by developing, evaluating, and refining curriculum to meet accreditation and industry standards.
- Ensure full compliance with all state, federal, and accrediting body requirements.
- Provide inspiring leadership and mentorship to nursing faculty—enhancing teaching practices and supporting professional growth.
- Support student success through academic advising, mentorship, and retention strategies.
- Lead faculty recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations to maintain instructional excellence.
- Participate in budget planning and effectively allocate resources for program needs.
- Coordinate clinical placements and nurture strong partnerships with healthcare providers.
- Stay ahead of trends in nursing education to keep our program cutting-edge.
- Represent the program in strategic planning, committees, and institutional initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in California.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in leadership or nursing education.
- Prior teaching experience in a nursing program is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accreditation standards (especially ACCSC).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
