About the Role:

The Director of Education at SEG Salem Campus will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of our institution. This position is responsible for developing and implementing innovative educational programs that meet the diverse needs of our student population. The Director will lead a team of educators and administrative staff, ensuring that all educational initiatives align with the institution's mission and goals. Additionally, this role involves evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs and making data-driven decisions to enhance student learning outcomes. Ultimately, the Director of Education will foster an environment of academic excellence and continuous improvement, preparing students for success in their future endeavors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in vocational educational leadership or administration.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful educational programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience with accreditation processes and standards.
• Familiarity with current educational technologies and online learning platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of the educational curriculum and programs.
• Lead and mentor faculty and staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices.
