We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative FileMaker/Back-End API Developer to maintain, enhance, and optimize a complex multi-user Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role is critical in developing scalable, secure, and efficient database solutions that support healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FileMaker development, API integrations, and cloud-based data management. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless system functionality, improving performance, and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as AI and external APIs. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with opportunities to drive impactful digital transformation in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- FileMaker v20 certification (or equivalent work experience)
- Expertise with FileMaker layout theming conventions, sliders, popovers, web viewers, hidden objects
- Expertise with complex table relationship hierarchies
- Expertise with modular context-independent scripting
- Strong Experience with SQL/ODBC
- Expertise with FileMaker server (scheduling scripts, error mitigation)
- Familiarity with FileMaker plugins (Base Elements, MBS)
- Expertise writing recursive custom functions/While Functions
- Familiarity writing interactive code for use within webviewers (FileMaker.PerformScript)
- Any and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company
- A.I. integration experience
- External API integration experience (use of PostMan and other API development tools)
- Experience specifically with Google drive and google docs API
- Experience working with cloud document storage at scale.
- Data visualization experience (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Javascript skills (React, NextJS)
- Full Stack web development skills (css,html,json)
- PHP development experience
