Currently we are looking for an Office Manager for our El Centro location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth functionality.
- Communicate with building management regarding facility-related issues.
- Resolve operational challenges and address complaints from staff, patients, and the community.
- Manage office supply procurement and vendor accounts (utilities, equipment, etc.).
- Supervise staff in Front Desk/Scheduling, Case Management, Medical Records, and New Patient Coordination.
- Coordinate and manage provider schedules, including administrative time-blocking and scheduling issues.
- Support the credentialing department with required information and documentation.
- Monitor staff performance through task completion dashboards and conduct performance reviews.
- Review and ensure patient charts are accurately maintained and up to date.
- Manage accounts payable, including forwarding invoices, verifying payments, and addressing vendor inquiries.
- Process credit card-eligible invoices and review timesheets for payroll submission.
- Assist with scheduling provider depositions, managing fee schedules, and confirming payment receipts.
- Handle additional office errands and miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 2 years supervisor/office management experience
- High school diploma
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and personable
- Consistently positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workers' Compensation Medical Clinic experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Requires prolonged sitting, standing, walking, frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and lifting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently.
- Requires proficiency in use of office machines such as telephone, laptop, copier, appropriate medical equipment, and gym equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
