Summary
We are seeking a Senior Partner to join our dynamic team at Institutes of Health. This role is pivotal in driving business development and fostering relationships within the Workers’ Compensation community. The Senior Partner will leverage their expertise to enhance our service offerings while contributing to our mission of improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to expand our reach within the Workers’ Compensation community.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and referral sources.
- Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment in service delivery and patient care.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in sales techniques and client management.
- Facilitate product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary for optimal results.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years in client relations, business development, or sales, ideally within healthcare or workers’ compensation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in the workers’ compensation and healthcare industries.
- Proven success in managing VIP accounts and increasing revenue.
