Minimal commute times between clients and we pay you for your travel time between clients.
Experience in the field of ABA or childcare is a plus but we provide extensive training for anyone just starting off! You will get to work with kids at their school and help them become the best learners they can be. **SIGN ON BONUS of $150.00 after 90 days of employment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Implementation of goals and teaching plans created by a Behavior Analyst.
-Data collection related to goals and behavior plans
-Attend trainings
-Maintain confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and policies including HIPAA laws and regulations
Required Skills:
-Exposure to ABA, psychology or child care related fields preferred
-Minimum education requirement is High School diploma or equivalent
-Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
-Strong and reliable work ethic with ability to meet scheduling commitments
Qualifications:
-Must pass a background check
-First Aid/CPR training will be required
-Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance.
Salary : $21 - $26
