GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The RBT Coordinator is a full-time position that is responsible for administrative and clinical support to our RBT team. The RBT Coordinator oversees the creation of therapy schedules for CO RBTs and families. This position covers breaks within the clinic, same day cancellations (during office hours), and supervises RBT cancellations and reschedules. The RBT Coordinator assists in phone screenings, interviews, and onboarding of new RBTs.
Additionally, this position provides basic administrative support for the Colorado clinic (including, but not limited to, maintaining security camera systems, preparing materials for new hires, checking the mail and supply levels, etc.). If time allows, the RBT Coordinator may assist in collecting paperwork and communicating with intakes.
RBT COORDINATOR ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Works in the office Monday-Friday, except one week per month that is Monday-Thursday. The RBT Coordinator must be available to pick up one weekend day per month to assist in cancellations
- Covers breaks within the clinic
- Actively recruits candidates for open positions to include iSolved and community events under the supervision of the Recruiter
- Reviews candidates on Isolved Hiring and conducts initial interviews to support IABA Recruiter
- Completes second interviews in clinic and completes recommendation for offer letters when BCBAs are unavailable
- When needed, assists BCBAs in making materials, RBT evaluations, and training
- Maintains client and RBT availability in Central Reach that is in compliance with IABA policy
- Creates IABA schedules to ensure clients and staff are receiving the correct employment and clinical hours; schedules are sent on time
- Maintains all scheduling documentation and trackers.
- Prepares onboarding client schedule for new hires, Central Reach profiles and sends new hire schedule to them once ready.
- Meets with new hires for a scheduling check-in within a month after start date and meets with all staff regularly
- Coordinates and communicates scheduling changes as needed, ensuring that all parties are kept informed.
- Is responsible for approving RBT cancellations and enforcing make-up sessions while following IABA cancellation policy
- Reschedules as many client cancellations as possible per IABA policy
- Removes an employee's access to Central Reach upon termination and works to find client coverage for within-the-month coverage (as needed) and future schedules.
- Provides administrative support such as key fobs, new IPADS, and cameras.
- Should time allow, supports Intake Coordinator with the paperwork of CO Intakes
- Maintains confidentiality, ethical guidelines, policies including HIPPA laws and regulation.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Ability to represent the agency in a professional manner at all times

- Efficient troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision upon completion of training

Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
