The Chief of Staff of Instructional Empowerment has the ultimate responsibility for the successful execution of strategies set by the company founder, Chief Executive Officer.
This responsibility will require the Chief of Staff to develop an in-depth understanding of the business model, revenue generation, and general operations to support the business model. The position must gain in-depth knowledge of the K-12 education marketplace, the scope of work implemented in our partner schools, and the structural, philosophical and cultural foundations of Instructional Empowerment.
A critical part of the Chief of Staff’s leadership is the expectation for clear communications regarding company goals and strategies, the Why behind the company’s goals and strategies, and effective monitoring of progress and execution toward the goals for the desired results.
The Chief of Staff must be a creative and results driven thinker, an excellent problem solver and possess incredible interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and act as the central contact for the business plan execution and results monitoring. The right candidate is an energetic leader with a positive attitude and a go-getter drive.
This is a full time position in the West Palm Beach, Florida office
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and develop the Executive Leadership team (T1) to execute the business model strategy and future ready the executive team while maintaining Predictable Success status for the organization.
- To collaborate with the executive team to grow and optimize the business model while future readying the business model and organization for anticipated policy and market shifts in the K-12 marketplace.
- On behalf of CEO, meet with department and divisional teams to drive strategic priorities and monitor business metrics of the expected outcomes and impact.
- Prepare summary reports and other communications methods to CEO in reference to Dept / Divisional meetings and updates.
- Prepare agendas / materials and collaborate with divisional leaders to prepare for divisional workouts on behalf of CEO
- Ensure accountability for action items follow up as needed with action item owners from Executive Leadership meetings and workouts.
- Work with division / department leaders for execution of new or significant strategic initiatives launched by the CEO and hold owners accountable for the outcome.
