Job Summary
In our office, we strive to provide our clients with excellent customer service. We are seeking an Office Manager who, as the first point of contact for customers, is customer-focused and takes the initiative to contribute to the overall results of the team. If you possess excellent communication skills, have an eye for detail and a strong work ethic, you’ll enjoy working in our small yet fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills with an ability to positively influence a team, foster a collaborative environment, and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Job Responsibilities
Office duties include but are not limited to :
- Answering phones and customer inquiries, and responding to emails
- Assist with scheduling calibration technicians
- Assist with scheduling periodic calibrations with extensive customer base
- Collecting client information and data entry
- Entering work order and inspection reports
- Providing quality customer service.
- Helping with special projects, and other office related duties needed in our service department.
