We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to take on a pivotal role in product development, compliance, and leadership.
What You’ll Do:
As the Senior Design Engineer, you will:
- Design and develop innovative medical device prototypes.
- Transition prototypes to manufacturing, including drawings, change orders, and process documentation.
- Optimize cost and manufacturing efficiency.
- Support legacy products with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead assembly process development (e.g., soldering, laser welding, bonding).
- Analyze datasets to improve design and process accuracy.
As the ISO Quality Leader, you will:
- Oversee ISO 13485 compliance, audits, and training.
- Conduct risk analyses (DFMEA, PFMEA) for product designs and processes.
- Plan for the transition of ISO ownership to the Quality department.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 5 years of experience in design engineering and leadership roles.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of medical device design processes and assembly operations.
- Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
