Instrumental Group, one of the top Elite HubSpot Partner agencies, is on the lookout for a HubSpot Success Manager to support HubSpot software onboarding and training for our clients. You will have the opportunity to help clients put their HubSpot investment to work through training, coaching, and basic software configuration.

- Serve as the lead advisor to clients, running their onboarding experience and helping them to achieve their desired objectives with HubSpot
- Evaluate a customer's marketing and sales requirements, current tech stack, and business objectives to define their ideal onboarding approach
- Define the future state processes and the customer journey(s) that will govern how to implement HubSpot effectively
- Monitor and support HubSpot configuration, sales & marketing activities, campaign setup, technical integrations, reporting, and user adoption activities
- Stay a-breadth the latest developments of HubSpot
- Absolutely love HubSpot with 2-4 years of HubSpot experience
- Have excellent written and verbal customer-facing and communication skills
