Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of crew members on construction sites.

- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Assist in estimating project costs and resource requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the use of tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety practices are followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of trim carpentry, mechanical knowledge, finishing, fabrication, construction, frame carpentry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to safety standards and practices on job sites.
