Position Overview
The Insulet Corporate Sustainability team is looking for a Co-op student to work on projects to decarbonize our operations in our effort to transform to a net zero world, reducing our environmental impact. Project focus areas may include, but are not limited to, Product Sustainability, Waste, Energy, and Greenhouse Gas Emissions. You will also support employee engagement and change management activities related to these topics. This position reports to the Director of Global Sustainability and will work closely with our Sustainability Program Managers as well as cross-functional leaders globally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $23.00 - $5.75. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. - Execute environmental sustainability projects and perform duties within the Global Sustainability function under the supervision of applicable lead.
- Assist program manager with research, business cases, meeting preparation, and presentations with opportunities to present work.
- Coordinate collection of environmental sustainability data for analysis and evaluation.
- Assist with data analysis and creation of actionable recommendations.
- Support employee engagement and communications.
- Perform other sustainability program related duties as needed.
- Pursuing BS/BA in Business Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or other applicable field
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with others
- Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism; exhibits dependability.
- Knowledge of Sustainability concepts
- Computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Demonstrates acceptance of responsibility; shows pride in work performed
