Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tools Software Engineer with a primary focus on C# to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing software tools that support various business functions within Insulet. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software tools using C# and the .NET framework.
- Implement unit tests and perform code reviews to maintain code quality and reliability.
- Assist in the migration of legacy systems to modern technologies.
- Debug and resolve software defects reported by users and QA teams.
- Document software features and functionalities for end-users and developers.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,825.00 - $154,237.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
