Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our team in New York, NY. This is a full-time on-site role where you will work alongside senior bankers on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, IPO advisory and other investment banking related activities in the US and the UK.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in investment banking, private equity / credit, insurance-focused corporate development, or 1 year of experience in a related field and an MBA
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, S&P Capital IQ and other financial software
