- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress towards strategic goals.

- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all aspects of the brokerage's operations, ensuring efficiency and client service delivery.
- Optimize internal processes and workflows.

- Stay abreast of changes in insurance laws and regulations.
- Required:
- Possession of a valid and active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license And Life Accident, and Health is a bonus.
- Significant experience within the P&C insurance industry, with leadership and management responsibilities.
- Proven track record of leading and growing an insurance brokerage or a significant division.
- Understanding of P&C insurance products and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Financial acumen.
- Leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the growth projections and trends within the insurance industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
