Responsibilities
- Be familiar with and comfortable completing the Marketing Process for New & Renewal Accounts.
- Assist with the Development of Solution Providers.
- Provide back-up support for Account Manager(s).
- Employee Benefits and Compliance Knowledge.
Requirements
Experience as an Employee Benefits Account Management.
Kansas Life Insurance license.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Commitment to excellence, willingness to work hard, and willingness to go the extra mile.
